Coming from a stressful corporate accounting environment, yoga helped to quiet my mind and release the tensions felt in my body from long hours of sitting at a computer terminal.


Why I teach: I feel my life’s purpose is to create a safe space for students to identify and overcome self-imposed limitations so they can move through the world with more confidence and contentment. Yoga is incredibly transformative. To see its effects on those I teach is truly a gift.
