Coming from a stressful corporate accounting environment, yoga helped to quiet my mind and release the tensions felt in my body from long hours of sitting at a computer terminal. By uniting my knowledge of office life and yoga teaching, I offer corporate yoga sessions, so you and your staff can personally feel the benefits.

 

I’ll bring a fun, approachable vibe to your office and customize a yoga package to suit the specific needs and requests of you and your team. Speaking of suits, I offer classes to those in business attire as well as those changing into something more comfortable.

 

All classes are completely customizable and aligned to the wellbeing of your culture and employees. My style of yoga is Vinyasa-based incorporating precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath and fluid movement. Meeting your employees where they are, the yoga sessions are aimed to calm the mind and nervous system while including stretching and strengthening where your employees need it most. Yoga sessions can be slow and deeply restorative (think “adult nap time”) or powerful and invigorating!

  

What I provide:

  • 45-60 min Slow Vinyasa Yoga Class at your workplace

  • Mats and props as needed

  • Certificate of insurance upon request

What you'll need:

  • A space large enough to use (boardroom, lunchroom, spare office, gymnasium, etc.).

  • Each person will need a yoga mat (with option to borrow), comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
